How to reach us
The fastest way to get a useful answer is to describe your trip in enough detail for us to run the numbers. That means: which cities you'll visit (Cairo, Giza, Luxor, Aswan, or a combination), how many days you'll be in each, and which specific sites are genuinely on your list versus "maybe if we have time." A Cairo Pass that covers forty monuments delivers no value to someone who plans one full day at the Giza plateau and a morning at the Egyptian Museum. That kind of mismatch is exactly what we exist to prevent.
You can also reach us directly by email at [email protected] or by phone at +20 2 2796 4138. Calls and emails are handled from our Cairo office. If you prefer to write, the form below routes your request into the same queue as a direct email, so neither is faster than the other.
Office hours
Our desk is staffed Sunday through Thursday, 09:00 to 17:00 Cairo time (UTC+2). Friday and Saturday are not working days in Egypt, so requests sent over the weekend will be picked up first thing on Sunday. If your trip departs within 48 hours and you haven't heard back, call directly — that line is monitored beyond the standard hours for urgent cases.
What to include in your message
The more specific you are, the more precise our recommendation will be. The ideal message covers four things:
- Your intended sites — name each monument or museum, even if you're unsure you'll fit them all in. A site you mention but don't visit costs you nothing in our analysis; a site you visit without accounting for it in the pass decision can cost you real money.
- Your travel dates — the Cairo Pass and Luxor Pass are date-stamped, so the window matters. Some sites also close on certain days or have reduced hours in summer.
- Your group — are you travelling with students? The student rate halves most standard admission fees and can eliminate the case for a pass entirely. Group size also affects which bundles are available.
- Your preferred plan — browse our plan comparison page before writing if you'd like to know whether the Quick Check or the Full Itinerary Review covers your needs. The form below lets you indicate this so we can prioritise appropriately.
What happens after you write
Within one working day of receiving your request, we send a structured reply that includes: the recommended pass (or the "no pass" conclusion), the total gate cost if you buy single tickets, the total cost under the recommended pass, and the crossover point — how many sites it takes to make the pass worthwhile for your specific list. We also flag anything operationally awkward: passes that must be collected in person, sites that require advance timed booking, and counters that only accept cash. You receive a plain-text breakdown you can screenshot and carry to the ticket office, not a marketing pitch for the most expensive option.
If you haven't used our service before, the About page explains who runs the desk and why we don't take commission from pass operators. Our full pass overview covers every option currently on the market, from the Cairo Pass and Luxor Pass to Giza combo tickets and the separately ticketed Grand Egyptian Museum. The visitor budgeting guide is worth reading if you want to understand total trip costs, not just pass entry fees.
Quick answers before you write
No. Calls during Sunday–Thursday 09:00–17:00 Cairo time are answered directly. For complex multi-city itineraries a written request via the form below tends to produce a more thorough reply, but a call works well for straightforward single-city questions.
Yes. Select the "Group & Operator" plan in the form below. Group pricing exists for several sites but the thresholds and discount levels vary, and some group entry requires advance coordination with the site administration. We cover all of this in the Group plan response.
Within one working day for all requests received before 15:00 Cairo time on a Sunday–Thursday. Requests received Thursday afternoon or over the weekend are answered on Sunday morning. We have never taken more than two working days to reply to a complete itinerary request.
The Quick Check is free. The Full Itinerary Review and Group & Operator plans are paid services — see the pricing page for the current rates. There's no subscription and no obligation to proceed after you receive the recommendation.
